During NSSF Uganda's recent visit to Nairobi, OMS Africa and Kweli Capital Group facilitated a meeting between NSSF Uganda and NSSF Kenya, two of the region's largest pension funds. OMS Africa—a subsidiary of Kweli Capital Group—is looking for a driven, detail-oriented graduate to join our Research team in Nairobi as an Intern Research Analyst.

You’ll work across company and sector research, market monitoring, and financial modelling, with direct exposure to how a CMA-licensed research desk covers the NSE, USE, and wider East African capital markets.

What we’re looking for:
* Degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Business, Statistics, or related field
* Strong grounding in financial statement analysis & valuation concepts
* Progress toward CFA, CISI, or ACCA is a plus
* Strong Excel skills; financial modelling exposure a plus

Three days in and the momentum has not slowed. Our workshop with NSSF Uganda and Amaka Fund has been everything a great partnership should look like. Purposeful, rigorous, and built on genuine alignment from both teams.

Day one established the foundation. Day two pushed us deeper, with constructive sessions that produced clear direction and a sharpened focus on the product journey. Today we go further still, turning our attention to the legal and compliance frameworks that will ensure this product is built the right way from the ground up.

Getting the details right at this stage is what separates good products from great ones. Both teams are showing up with the same commitment and that is exactly what this project deserves.
