Adamas Tech Consulting was proud to present Bengal Beyond Borders: The Diaspora Dividend, organised by the British Deputy High Commission, in association with INFOCOM CONNECT by ABP News at Calcutta Club on 21 September 2026.

The initiative centred on a shared ambition: connecting the UK’s Bengali diaspora with opportunities to invest, mentor, innovate and build in Bengal.

For us, this marks a step towards sustained engagement — strengthening UK–Bengal ties, enabling collaboration and creating pathways for talent, knowledge and capital to contribute to Bengal’s next chapter.

A significant milestone for Star Cement and Adamas Tech Consulting as we successfully completed the SAP DR implementation on Amazon Web Services!

For any enterprise software system, and especially for an ERP such as SAP, business continuity is critical. SAP supports core business processes across functions, and any prolonged disruption can impact operations, data availability and decision making. A well designed Disaster Recovery strategy provides an additional layer of protection for critical workloads, helping organisations recover systems and data and continue business operations in the event of an unexpected failure or disruption.

Star Cement already had a highly efficient AWS environment. Through this initiative, we enabled a dedicated DR capability for the critical SAP workloads, with backups maintained on AWS to strengthen resilience and support recovery requirements.

The successful SAP DR Go Live marks an important step in strengthening Star Cement’s technology resilience and preparedness.

The milestone was celebrated in the presence of Rajat Subhra Roy, Founder, Adamas Tech Consulting, Abdur Rafi, CITO, RICE ADAMAS Group, Ritwik Ray & Bubai Bal from AWS, Mr. Kaushik Banerjee, Mr. Debanik Sarkar and the entire Star Cement team.

An evening where vision, learning, technology and industry came together to shape the future of work.

The HR Leadership Conclave 2026, coupled with the inauguration of the Adamas School of Experiential Learning, was jointly inaugurated by Adamas Tech Consulting and Adamas University, under the aegis of the RICE ADAMAS Group, at The Parterre Hotel, Ahmedabad.

The evening began with an inspiring vision shared by our Chairman, Prof. (Dr.) Samit Ray, around the importance of Experiential Learning, Technology and industry exposure in preparing the next generation for a rapidly evolving world. He also shared his vision for the road ahead for the RICE Adamas Group, alongside perspectives from other senior leaders of the Group.

Building on this vision, Koushik Chatterjee (KayCee), CEO of Adamas Tech Consulting highlighted how the RICE Adamas Group is creating an integrated journey from Kindergarten to Workplace, bringing together education, experiential learning, technology and industry to build future-ready talent.

He also spoke about the growth and evolution of Adamas Tech Consulting across ERP, Cloud Technologies and emerging digital solutions, while outlining the organisation’s vision of becoming an AI-first organisation and enabling enterprises to navigate technology-led transformation.
