🚇 Fun fact: Continental Europe’s oldest metro is in Budapest (it’s been running since 1896!).

In customer service, this rule is absolutely fundamental. You can quickly learn systems or procedures, but genuine empathy, patience, and a smile in your voice can't be memorized. ❤️

Hard skills give you the tools to do the job, but it’s your attitude that determines whether a frustrated customer leaves the conversation with relief and a smile. 🤝
