A great two days at !

Our Incap UK team was pleased to exhibit at UTAC Millbrook in Bedfordshire on 16 and 17 September, joining the Make UK Defence Pavilion to showcase our expertise in electronics for defence and other mission-critical applications.

The event provided a valuable opportunity to connect with professionals from across the sector, exchange perspectives and discuss the manufacturing requirements behind complex electronics projects. It was also an opportunity to explore how close collaboration between manufacturers, technology companies and system integrators can help meet these demands.

With extensive experience in defence and safety-critical industries, our team highlighted how Incap UK supports customers through fast-track prototyping, testing and product lifecycle support. At every stage, our focus is on providing dependable manufacturing and engineering expertise for applications where is essential.

Day one of DVD 2026 is underway at UTAC Millbrook!

👋 Meet the newest apprentices at Incap UK!

Karol Gorski, Andaleeb Sardar, Arthur Hankey and Eva-Jean Lynch joined us on 1 September to begin a Level 3 Engineering Fitter apprenticeship, which will run until 2030.

Over the coming years, they will combine their studies with practical experience in electronics manufacturing. Their interests already range from electronic components and production stages to SMT, X-ray technology and PCB design.

☀️ Our Incap UK colleagues recently came together for a Summer Party at a local rugby club!

The afternoon included a buffet, raffle and service awards presentation. It was a wonderful chance to celebrate our colleagues and thank them for their commitment to the team.

We also had another special reason to celebrate, as two of our colleagues marked their 15th wedding anniversary on the day! And of course, our unofficial mascot Ted Button joined the occasion too, with two colleagues even dressing to match his signature style. 🧸

Incap published its half-year report for January–June 2026. Revenue increased by 21.1% year-on-year and amounted to EUR 130.2 million. Comparable EBITA amounted to EUR 11.7 million, representing 9.0% of revenue.

👏 A successful two days at !

Our Incap UK team had a fantastic experience at this year’s event in London, filled with valuable , new , and insightful with innovators from across the and technology sectors.

Events like Hardware Pioneers Max provide an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, explore emerging technologies, and stay connected to the latest developments in electronics , product development, and industrial innovation. Throughout the exhibition, our team enjoyed meeting engineers, designers, technology leaders, and industry professionals, gaining valuable perspectives on current challenges and future opportunities.

The event was characterised by a positive atmosphere and a strong spirit of collaboration. From engaging technical discussions to informal networking conversations, it once again demonstrated the strength, expertise, and creativity of the engineering .
