For over 30 years, Adobe has dominated the creative software industry. Then Affinity changed the conversation by making its core professional design tools completely free. 👀🥊

So… which one should you choose?

🔴 Choose Adobe if you need a complete creative ecosystem. Alongside Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Adobe also gives you professional video, motion graphics and e-learning tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects and Captivate.

It remains the industry heavyweight, with around 58.2% market share.

🟣 Choose Affinity if your work is primarily focused on image editing, illustration and professional page layout and you want to avoid an ongoing software subscription. Its core tools are now free, but unlike Adobe, Affinity currently has no dedicated video or e-learning applications.

Its market share sits at around 6.9%, but it is certainly becoming a much more interesting challenger.

And as for us? We have no bias. We teach both equally well 😊
