Content Shoot Policy Update
Just a little update to my booking policy moving forward.
Previously, the remaining balance for content shoots was due on the day of the shoot. Unfortunately, after being let down by last minute cancellations on multiple occasions, I need to make a small change to protect my business and my time.
From now on:
• A deposit will continue to be required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance must now be paid one week before your content shoot.
• Weekend bookings will incur a £75 weekend fee.
When I book a content shoot, I block out that time exclusively for you. I plan my diary around it, often turn away other work, and spend time researching ideas, trends and concepts to make sure you get the best possible content. Unless you’re on one of my monthly management packages, that research isn’t included within the service, it’s something I often do because I genuinely care about achieving the best results.
As a small business, I simply can’t continue absorbing the cost of late cancellations or unpaid days. These changes aren’t about making things difficult, they’re about protecting the business I’ve worked so hard to build while continuing to provide the quality and dedication my clients expect.
