I never realised how much finding my passion would change me as a person. 🥹

This World Mental Health Day, I wanted to share a little reminder that sometimes finding something you love can help you find parts of yourself you didn’t even know were missing. 🩷

Fast forward to becoming a content creator and social media manager, and I’ve grown in ways I never expected.

I’ve pushed myself out of my comfort zone, met incredible people, walked into rooms I once would’ve been terrified to enter and started believing in myself a little more every day and my whole job revolves around doing the same, and now I tell myself I will and I can and then do the same to others.

And don’t get me wrong, I still have my moments. Running a business isn’t always easy, and neither is looking after your mental health.

But I’m proud of the person I’m becoming, not just the business I’m building.

Here’s to growing in confidence, believing in yourself and becoming the person you once needed. ✨

This World Mental Health Day, I wanted to share a little reminder that sometimes finding something you love can help you find parts of yourself you didn’t even know were missing.

And don’t get me wrong, I still have my moments. Running a business isn’t always easy, and neither is looking after your mental health.

But building others confidence gives me a feeling that I would never charge, because it’s beautiful to see them laugh, thrive, and see socials as a positive than a negative. Because to me, that’s sad. But then they show up and do it and I couldn’t be prouder of all of them.
