What was your very first physical activity?

Swimming lessons? Football? Dance? Gymnastics? Maybe something completely different.

For many of us, those early experiences are where a lifelong relationship with physical activity begins.

This , we’re celebrating the people and programmes that give children the opportunity to get active, learn new skills and build confidence.

And for many children, that journey starts in the pool.

Discover how CoursePro School Swim helps operators manage school swimming and track every child’s progress.
