To the untrained, this image doesn’t say much.
But to certain knowledgeable engineers they will understand that the shapes produced here are isolated attack and release.

To this day there isn’t another library or aqua that can perform this to this tight tolerance. It was a tech I developed out of years of problem solving. No matter how big the attack is, the release is completely Independent of it. Notice the release maintains the Sharpe edges despite the attack being 100ms. This I developed in opto1b. Now it will be applied to another legendary vca.

Sometimes it’s the things that are perceived as simple are the things that take the longest to achieve.
I work longer and harder to get things right. There is always an easy way that gives okay results, then there is the hard way that gets you that few more percentage points closer. The work to achieve that little extra is always going to be out of passion.

It’s important to note that not all
Compressors perform this way. But to nail certain types of topology this is a game changer in this tech.

Then there is attack shapes…. But I’ll save that for another day.
