Since 2011, Nayera Shaker has been an essential part of MHE, starting her journey as a Tele-Sales representative and growing into her current role as Operations Manager.
Throughout the years, Nayera has been more than a manager. She has been a constant source of support for our customers, always stepping in to handle challenges, solve issues, and make sure every customer receives the support they deserve.
