A day well spent for GCCers!

Our team took some time to focus on what really matters - our WELLBEING.

We joined three insightful sessions led by a Clinical Dietitian–Nutritionist, a Systemic Psychotherapist, and a Gym Instructor, sharing simple tips on healthy eating at work, managing stress, building resilience, improving posture, and adding easy exercises into our working hours.

Of course, we also enjoyed some healthy bites, fresh fruits and vegetables, and refreshing fruit drinks—because feeling good starts with the little things😁
