IRCC invited 1,000 CEC candidates today at a CRS cut-off of 523.

That is a 7-point increase from the August 5 draw, while invitations dropped from 3,000 to 1,000.

The message is clear: fewer invitations can mean more pressure on the CRS cut-off.
