Appinion BD Limited is looking for a Senior Software Business Analyst to join its versatile Project Management team in order to take an active part in its ongoing project(s).
Job Nature: Full Time (5 days/week)
Job Location: Gulshan-1, Dhaka
Job Responsibility/Description:
1. Strong analytical ability to interact with clients while conducting requirements gathering, analysis and solution prototyping.
2. Work directly with other team members and the client to schedule and plan meetings to allow for planning and updates throughout the course of a project.
3. Serving as a Liaison between the customer community and the software development team to gather and communicate requirements
4. Leading and managing the Solution Design Team (Business Analyst & UX Designer), performing quarterly performance evaluation of the assigned team.
5. Overview, prepare and manage different of requirements documents e.g. BRD, SRS, HLD, LLD, RTM, CR, Case studies etc.
6. Communicate with different internal software support teams regarding all support related issues from stakeholders.
7. Performing user acceptance testing.
8. Maintaining and updating requirements documentation as needed throughout the software development life cycle.
9. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
10. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Job Requirement:
1. B.Sc. in CS/CSE/CSSE/SE/IT from any reputed University of Bangladesh. MBA/M.Sc is Preferable.
2. 4- 5 years of proven experience in Business System Analysis/ Project Management/ Product Management
3. Must be excellent in communication and presentation skills.
4. Clear understating in Software Development Life Cycle.
5. Ability to prioritize effectively and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Must be proactive, energetic and determined to meet deadlines.
6. Experience working in Agile (SCRUM) environment.
7. Must be familiar with the latest technology trends and project management methodologies, diagrams and tools
8. Very Strong Technical Documentation and Technical Analysis skills.
Salary & Benefits:
1. BDT 50,000 â 65,000 (Based upon expertise).
