একটা সময় মানুষ computer ব্যবহার করতে শিখেছিল।
তারপর internet।

প্রতিবারই একটা প্রশ্ন উঠেছিল,
“এটা কি আমাদের কাজ বদলে দেবে?”

সময় বদলেছে।
Technology বদলেছে।
আর এখন সেই প্রশ্নটাই এসেছে AI-এর সামনে।

কিন্তু AI-এর গল্পটা শুধু নতুন একটা technology শেখার গল্প নয়।

এটা এমন একটা সময়, যখন আমাদের একটু নতুন করে ভাবতে হচ্ছে।
কোন কাজটা নিজে করব,
কোন কাজটা AI-এর সঙ্গে করব,
আর কোন কাজটা করার পদ্ধতিটাই হয়তো বদলে ফেলব।

হয়তো কয়েক বছর পর AI ব্যবহার করাটাও
computer বা internet ব্যবহারের মতোই স্বাভাবিক হয়ে যাবে।

তখন প্রশ্নটা হয়তো হবে না,
“আপনি AI ব্যবহার করেন?”

প্রশ্নটা হবে,
“আপনি AI দিয়ে কীভাবে কাজ করেন?”

কারণ technology বদলানোর সঙ্গে সঙ্গে, কাজ করার ধরনটাও বদলায়।

A training room should never feel like a classroom.

কিছু training session-এ trainer কথা বলেন, participants শোনেন, আর session শেষ হয়ে যায়।
কিন্তু কিছু session-এ ব্যাপারটা একটু আলাদা।

সেখানে কেউ শুধু presentation দেখছে না।
কেউ শুধু notes নিচ্ছে না।
কেউ প্রশ্ন করছে।
কেউ হাসছে।
কেউ নিজের experience share করছে।
কেউ আবার সেই মুহূর্তেই নতুন কিছু try করছে।

আর তখন একটা training session ধীরে ধীরে বদলে যায়।
It becomes a conversation.

AI শেখানোর ক্ষেত্রেও আমরা ঠিক সেটাই believe করি।
কারণ AI এমন কোনো বিষয় নয় যেটা শুধু slide দেখে শেখা যায়।

আপনাকে try করতে হবে।
ভুল করতে হবে।
আবার prompt বদলাতে হবে।
প্রশ্ন করতে হবে।
নিজের কাজের সঙ্গে মিলিয়ে দেখতে হবে।

''AI শিখতে হবে কেন? আমি তো ChatGPT ব্যবহার করি।”

একজন banker training-এর শুরুতে আমাকে এই কথাটাই বলেছিলেন।

আমি বললাম,

"আপনি ChatGPT কীভাবে ব্যবহার করেন?”

তিনি বললেন,

“কিছু লিখতে হলে ব্যবহার করি।
কখনো কিছু জানতে চাইলে।”

ব্যাপারটা এখানেই।

অনেকেই AI ব্যবহার করছেন।

কিন্তু খুব কম মানুষ 'AI দিয়ে কাজ করছেন'।

Training-এর কয়েক ঘণ্টা পর সেই একই banker AI দিয়ে-

📌 Report-এর first draft তৈরি করছেন
📌 Long documents থেকে key information বের করছেন
📌 Meeting-এর আগে research করছেন
📌 Data analyse করে insights বের করছেন
📌 নিজের daily workflow-এর repetitive কাজ identify করছেন

“What tools do you use outside of ChatGPT?”

একটা training session শুরু হয়েছিল এই ছোট্ট প্রশ্ন দিয়ে।

কেউ বললেন, “ChatGPT.”
কেউ বললেন, “Claude.”
আবার কেউ হয়তো মনে মনে ভাবলেন,
“AI আসলে আমার কাজের জন্য কতটা useful?”

কিন্তু কয়েক ঘণ্টা পর ছবিটা বদলে গেল।

AI তখন আর শুধু একটা chatbot ছিল না।

এটা হয়ে উঠেছিল ideas তৈরি করার tool, কাজ দ্রুত করার assistant, data বোঝার partner এবং everyday productivity-এর নতুন পথ।

আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, AI শেখার সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ হলো শুধু কোন tool কী করতে পারে সেটা জানা নয়।

বরং আসল প্রশ্নটা হলো,

“আমি আমার কাজের মধ্যে AI-কে কোথায় ব্যবহার করতে পারি?”

কারণ AI-এর দুনিয়ায় শুধু একটি tool জানা যথেষ্ট নয়।

জানতে হবে কোন কাজের জন্য কোন tool ব্যবহার করতে হয় এবং কীভাবে সেটাকে নিজের workflow-এর সঙ্গে কাজে লাগাতে হয়।

কারণ ভবিষ্যৎ তাদের জন্য নয় যারা শুধু AI সম্পর্কে জানে।

ভবিষ্যৎ তাদের জন্য, যারা AI-কে কাজে লাগাতে জানে।

And this is where the journey begins.
