Job Title: On-Page SEO & Technical SEO Expert
Job Type: Full-time Office Desk Job (In-Office | Don't apply for Remote)
Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (6 Days/Week)
Location: MAK Tech Solution, 8th Floor, Majid Tower, Ka-24 Progati Sarani Rd, Dhaka 1229
Salary: Negotiable

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Perform complete On-Page SEO optimization.
Conduct Technical SEO audits and resolve SEO-related issues.
Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, heading structures, and internal linking.
Improve website speed, indexing, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
Handle schema markup, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and redirects.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
Analyze website performance using advanced SEO tools.
Coordinate with developers and content teams for seamless implementation.
Prepare regular SEO reports and maintain clear client communication.
Monitor rankings, traffic, and overall website SEO health.
Communicate and collaborate with team members in fluent English.
🛠️ Requirements
Proven hands-on experience in On-Page SEO and Technical SEO.
Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
Experience working with WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
Ability to solve technical SEO problems independently.
Strong time management skills and strict commitment to deadlines.
🌟 Preferred Skills
Experience with Local SEO.
Practical knowledge of Core Web Vitals optimization.
Understanding of AI SEO tools and workflow automation.
Basic knowledge of Off-Page SEO.
