Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Global IT Solutions Inc. is a growing technology company specializing in web development, software solutions, and digital services. We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually engaging graphics for web, social media, marketing materials, and branding assets
- Design UI elements, banners, landing page visuals, and promotional creatives
- Collaborate with web developers, marketing, and content teams to align designs with project goals
- Translate concepts, briefs, and ideas into high-quality visual designs
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
- Prepare design assets for web and digital platforms with proper optimization
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery
- Organize and maintain design files and assets in a structured manner
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or freelance experience preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe XD/Figma
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for digital platforms (web, social media, ads, UI elements)
- Basic understanding of web design principles and responsive layouts
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams
- Must be disciplined and available during fixed work hours
Nice to Have:
- Experience with UI/UX design for websites and web applications
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
- Familiarity with branding and marketing design
- Experience working with developers and product teams
Work Details
Work Type: Remote (Full-Time)
Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Salary: Negotiable
Must attend office when called by management
