Musemind is growing, and we’re looking for a Project Coordinator who can keep teams aligned, projects moving, and every detail on track.

This role is a great opportunity to build your career in Project Management, working closely with Project Managers and delivery teams across UI/UX, web, and digital product projects.

→ Coordinate project activities, tasks, and timelines
→ Track requirements, dependencies, and follow-ups
→ Coordinate between design, development, QA, and delivery teams
→ Maintain project documentation and updates in ClickUp
→ Identify blockers, risks, and delays and escalate them early

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience in project delivery, with a clear growth path toward an **Assistant Project Manager (APM)** role.

So we had Tahmineh visit us at our Musemind HQ in Bangladesh. And it’s one of those times when Museminers go all out to celebrate having one of our own with us in person.

From MENA region to Dhaka, Tahmineh finally met the team behind the screens ❤️

After months of conversations across time zones, having her at Musemind HQ felt less like a first meeting and more like finally catching up in person.

From sharing ideas around the table to little gifts, cake, plenty of laughs, and of course, squeezing everyone into a team selfie — we made some good memories along the way.

It was nice to finally turn all those online conversations into real moments together.

The real design challenge wasn’t displaying more data.

We built the experience around clear dashboards, visual field insights, real-time conditions, and AI-assisted information, while keeping the interface grounded in the environment it was designed for.
