Our user group meetings give Cobalt RMS clients the chance to learn, ask questions, share experiences and pick up practical tips from the Merlin team and other retailers.

Keeping Cobalt RMS moving forward 💪

Retail businesses don’t stand still – and neither does Cobalt RMS.

Every quarter, we roll out updates and improvements to keep the system working well for the businesses that rely on it every day. And many of those improvements start with feedback from our clients.

If there’s a feature or improvement you’d like to suggest, we’re always keen to hear it. Your day-to-day experience helps us understand what will make Cobalt RMS even more useful.

One system, working together 🔗

Cobalt RMS brings the key parts of your retail business together – from point of sale and accounting to payroll and commission sales.

And if you have an online store, Cobalt’s API can help keep things connected by syncing product details, stock levels and pricing between your systems.

The benefit? Less double handling, more accurate information and fewer systems to manage separately.

It’s all about making the day-to-day easier, so you can spend less time managing systems and more time running your business.

Take Cobalt RMS for a test drive 🚗

Choosing a new retail system is a big decision – and sometimes the best way to understand whether it’s right for your business is simply to see it in action.

With a personalised Cobalt RMS demo, we’ll show you how the system works across the areas that matter to your store, from point of sale and inventory to accounting, payroll and reporting.

It’s also your chance to ask questions, talk through how your business operates and get a feel for the people who’ll be supporting you along the way.

Thinking about a change? Book a demo with our team and take Cobalt RMS for a test drive.

Spring has a way of bringing a bit of fresh energy – and it can be a useful time to look ahead in your business, too.

Before the end of the year sneaks up, September is a good opportunity to check in on a few things:

🌿 Look at what sold well this time last year
🌿 Review stock levels and plan ahead for seasonal demand
🌿 Check slow-moving stock that may be tying up valuable space
🌿 Take a look at your reports and see where things are tracking against your plans

A little forward planning now can make the months easier to manage.

And if you need a hand finding the information you need in Cobalt RMS, the Merlin Support team is always here to help.
