AI has plenty of potential. But how do you turn that potential into something that actually works for your business? 🤔

That’s what we set out to explore at our recent Zia Agents workshop with our customers. ✨

Over a couple of days, we got hands-on with building AI agents, exploring how they could tackle real business challenges and working on practical solutions along the way.

The aim wasn’t just to talk about what AI could do, but to experiment with the possibilities and see how it could make a real difference to everyday business operations. To everyone who joined us, thank you for being part of it. 🙌

It was a pleasure to welcome students and faculty from The University of Western Australia - UWA India to Zoho last week for a day of learning and conversations!
During their visit, the students had the opportunity to learn more about Zoho’s work in technology, research and artificial intelligence, and how these are shaping the future of work.

One of the highlights was a session led by Rajendran Dandapani, Head of Zoho Schools of Learning, where he shared his thoughts on life lessons that go beyond textbooks, the value of learning through experience and how these lessons can shape students personal and professional journeys.

It was also a great opportunity to exchange ideas with the students and encourage them to explore how technology can help solve real-world problems as they prepare for their future careers.

A big thank you to the students and faculty from UWA for visiting us. We hope you enjoyed the experience as much as we enjoyed having you!

A few glimpses from our time at ! 🔐

It’s always interesting to hear how different businesses are approaching cybersecurity and the challenges their teams are working through. We spent the last few days meeting people, sharing ideas and showing how Zoho Vault and Zoho Directory can help businesses keep their systems secure while making everyday security tasks easier.

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes to keep playgrounds across Australia safe. 🛝

For Play Force, that means managing inspections, maintenance and field work for local councils, schools, early learning centres and other organisations across the country. As the business grew, paper-based inspections and spreadsheets became increasingly difficult to manage. They needed a more flexible solution that could adapt to the way they worked, which led them to Zoho Creator.
