BareMetal ISP is looking for friendly, professional and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team in Mitchells Plain, Cape Town. 🌐
This is a customer support-first role. Your primary responsibility will be helping our customers, resolving queries, providing basic connectivity support and ensuring every customer receives professional service from start to finish.
💬 What you’ll be doing:
• Assisting customers via WhatsApp and telephone
• Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
• Troubleshooting basic fibre/connectivity issues
• Following up on unresolved customer queries
• Escalating technical issues when necessary
• Keeping accurate customer records
• Helping customers understand our fibre products and packages
• Identifying sales, recharge and upgrade opportunities where appropriate
🔎 We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Genuinely enjoys helping people
✅ Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Is patient, calm and solution-oriented
✅ Is computer literate and comfortable working with online systems
✅ Can work efficiently in a busy customer support environment
✅ Takes ownership and follows through on customer queries
✅ Is reliable, punctual and accountable
✅ Can work rostered shifts, weekends and public holidays
Previous customer service, call centre or ISP/telecommunications experience will be advantageous.
Sales will still form part of the position, but excellent customer service is the primary focus.
