Two days in Washington. Two Salesforce events. A lot of great opportunity and work to do.
The tribal health work coming out of Alaska is the most practically instructive Health Cloud implementation in Indian Country I've seen. The Nonprofit Cloud platform is further along than the market realizes. And Public Sector Solutions has moved faster than most agencies have tracked, with a use case surface area broader than it gets credit for.
I left optimistic. I also left with a clear-eyed take on where the work still needs to happen before AI can do what everyone is hoping it will do in government. Spoiler: it starts with your data, not your AI roadmap.
