What a week! ⚡️As we reflect on this last week, the announcement of the merge between MetroStar and Steampunk, Inc has us incredibly excited about what’s ahead!

We wrapped up the week with our MetroStar x Steampunk Grill & Chill at the Studio, where teammates had the chance to meet, mix, mingle, and start building the relationships that will shape what’s next. The energy in the room was contagious, and it’s only the beginning.

To every MetroStar and Steampunk employee: thank you for your passion, your energy, and for being on this journey with us. We can’t wait to see what we build together.

We are proud to announce that Steampunk has entered into a definitive agreement to merge with MetroStar.

This combination brings together two highly complementary organizations united by a shared commitment to advancing mission outcomes for U.S. government agencies. By combining MetroStar's AI-enabled products and digital transformation expertise with Steampunk's user-centered Design Intelligence® methodology, the combined company will be uniquely positioned to help customers move faster, innovate with greater agility, and deliver mission-critical outcomes at scale.

Our CMO, Robbe Pearson, lead a culture crash-course where we explored how Steampunk's four core values shape the way we think, collaborate, and lead. Our products and delivery methods are what we do, but our culture is who we are. As punks, we wear our pink with pride and show up every day to put , , , and . That's the PunkLife way.

And now, 7 proud years of Steampunk. 🚀

On July 23rd, 2019, our brand was born. And it's always been more than a name, it's a movement. S.T.E.A.M. - Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics - fused with the spirit of disruption and bold change. And that iconic Punk Pink? It turns disruption into something positive, powerful, and uniquely ours.

And then there's our people, "our punks" - THANK YOU to each and every punk who shows up every day living the to grow and scale our culture while maintaining a steadfast focus on advancing our clients' missions!

A brand is a promise. A great brand is a promise kept and for 7 years and counting, Steampunk has kept it.
