This is a really common question.

**“If our email and files are in the cloud, aren’t they already backed up?”**

Not exactly.

Microsoft 365 does a great job keeping the service available, but that doesn’t mean every deleted email, overwritten file, compromised account, or bad sync can always be recovered the way you expect.

If someone deletes something important, ransomware encrypts synced files, or an account gets compromised, you want another copy of that data somewhere else.

That’s why we still recommend backing up Microsoft 365.

We’re not backing it up because we don’t trust the cloud.

**We’re backing it up because your business data is too important to have only one place to recover it from.**
