We've created QuickBooks integrations for two Cannabis Point of Sale systems. Our Treez Connector works with QuickBooks Online and Desktop and a new version will be out in the next month. Our Meadow Connector is currently in beta and at the moment only works with QuickBooks Desktop, but the Online version will soon follow.

Well, it's been a long time coming but I finally created a post about tracking Lot Numbers in QuickBooks Enterprise. Hoping to get more content out here. Today was spent creating a Profit and Loss statement by Class but the tricky part was getting the Classes to go down the page and not across the page like they do in QuickBooks.

This sure wasn't an easy report and i can only imagine how long it has taken the customer to create this report on a regular basis. Not only did it have Actual dollars but it has the Budget Year To Date, the Full Year Budget and the Actual dollars for the last previous Fiscal Year.

These are the types of things we excel at and we love making live easier for our customers!

We have successfully created our first desktop application that connects to QuickBooks Online! We are creating a .csv file with Bill Payment Check details. If took us a while to get into the QBO world but now that we've done it we're ready to create more!

Well the video making is getting a slow start but I have an into video done. I want to get a couple others knocked out and then we'll open up the YouTube Channel. We have lots to share and we hope folks with find what we create to be helpful! Keep an eye out for a link soon!

We are about to wrap up our latest custom Acctivate application. This one is going to allow the user to process a spreadsheet of serial numbers and the app will find the PO that the SN came in on and the Order it went out on. If the item is still under warranty the app will create a Credit Memo and Vendor Credit transaction. Not only will it create the negative PO but it will create the Receiver that goes with it. This should be a huge time saver for the users! We love making our customer more efficient! Acctivate Inventory Software

Things have been quite busy for quite some time but plan to post out here more frequently. We want to share with everyone all the cool stuff we've been doing. For example, we just purchased software for capturing and editing videos. Which means we hope to get a YouTube Channel up and running. So keep an eye out for some new and informative stuff!

Well we've been busy as usual! We just finished writing 5 custom programs that are third party applications to Acctivate Software and now we are just fine tuning them. While these applications are specific to the needs of this one customer we have learned a lot and are ready to make more. We are still doing lots of reporting work and trying to get our Acctivate Report page updated our website. Seems Commission reports are popular requests lately! I didn't realized there were so many different ways one could calculate commissions. And I never would have thought about calculating Gross Profit for commissions in so many different ways either.

There are people putting so many hours into pulling all this data together. I would love to help them all automate this part of their job. We have had some customers tell us it takes them days to pull everything together and by the time we are done helping them they are ready to cut checks in minutes. I just love it when an plan comes together! It's so great to hear how much we are able to help other business be more efficient so they can get even more done.

Things have been busy around here lately! We have been writing Commission and Inventory Reports as well as creating custom 3rd party applications that work with Acctivate Software. In addition that that and much more we are tracking down the right people at Concur to get our Concur to QuickBooks connector out to QB desktop users that have Concur Professional.
