Think data privacy laws only matter to huge corporations? Think again. Even small and mid-sized Ohio businesses need to pay attention to how they collect, store, and protect customer data.

The Ohio Data Protection Act (ODPA) encourages businesses to put strong cybersecurity practices in place, and doing so can help protect your company if something ever goes wrong. That means things like strong passwords, MFA, encryption, limited access to sensitive files, and having a response plan ready before a breach happens.
