Our new 2026 Retail Loss Prevention Benchmark Report analyzes 1.6 million remote monitoring events across 18,258 U.S. retail locations to reveal when incidents peak, which threats escalate fastest, and where intervention strategies have the biggest impact.

Among the findings:
- Security incidents spike at store opening
- Peak incident volume occurs between 6–8 PM
- 95% of alarm events were identified as false alarms through live video verification
- AI-Enabled Perimeter Protection Resolves 96.1% of Perimeter Threats Without Human Intervention
