The Rusty Pixel Redesigns the Cornelius Beaumont Logo

At The Rusty Pixel, we recently completed a logo redesign for Cornelius Beaumont, a company known for its luxury bespoke hardwood flooring and commitment to exceptional craftsmanship. The goal of the project was not to reinvent the brand, but to modernize and refine the existing logo while preserving the elements that customers already recognized and trusted — essentially, keeping the spirit of the original logo.

One of the most important decisions we made was to keep the iconic elephant icon symbol completely unchanged. The large stylized elephant remains the centerpiece of the logo, along with the company's established two-tone dark blue and white color scheme. The silhouette-style design continues to communicate strength, elegance, and timeless quality.

The primary focus of the redesign was improving the logo's layout and usability. The original logo was extremely wide, which made it difficult to use across various marketing materials, including business cards, social media profiles, website headers, and other applications. To address this, we restructured the design into a more compact and versatile format.

The company name, "Cornelius Beaumont," is now stacked beneath the elephant icon inside a centered outlined box. Below the box, we added the new slogan, "Bespoke Wood Flooring." A classic serif typeface was selected to reinforce the company's sophisticated and elegant brand image. We also removed a dated reflection effect that had been applied to the typography, resulting in a cleaner and more contemporary appearance.

The updated logo in its entirety or icon only works exceptionally well as a social media profile image, where the original design often appeared cramped or difficult to read. The new vertical layout maintains the brand's heritage while providing a more modern and flexible solution for today's marketing needs.

Cornelius Beaumont specializes in luxury custom hardwood flooring, creating beautiful, sustainable floors for some of the United Kingdom's most prestigious homes and interiors. Based in London and led by founder Henry Sanders, the company blends traditional European craftsmanship with modern sourcing and finishing techniques to produce flooring that is both durable and visually stunning.

We are extremely pleased with how this redesign turned out, and most importantly, the client is thrilled with the final result. By preserving the brand's most recognizable elements while improving functionality and presentation, the new logo offers the best of both worlds.

What do you think of this redesign? Do you prefer the new stacked layout over the original wide-format version? We'd love to hear your thoughts.

Custom Realtor Magnets Designed & Printed for Dantone Group

At The Rusty Pixel, we love helping local businesses stand out with professionally designed marketing materials. Our latest print project involved creating custom realtor magnets for Dantone Group, and we're excited to share the finished product.

These magnets were completely custom designed from scratch and included our unlimited design revision process, ensuring every detail was exactly how the client envisioned it. The final magnets were printed on premium 17pt stock with a high gloss UV finish, measuring 3.5" x 3.5" with square corners and a front-only design.

The layout features the Dantone Group logo, which was also originally designed by The Rusty Pixel, creating a consistent and recognizable brand identity. A professional headshot of the owner serves as a focal point, while the design also includes the realtor's name, license number, and complete contact information. Modern icons were used for the phone number, email address, website, and realtor designation, making the information easy to locate at a glance.

The color palette combines blue, gray, and white tones, creating a professional appearance that reflects trust and reliability. Clean sans-serif typography was selected to match the branding established in the logo, resulting in a modern, polished design.

Dantone Group is dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate goals throughout Florida's Space and Treasure Coasts. From beachside properties to quiet inland neighborhoods, their team combines local knowledge, market expertise, and personalized service to guide clients through every step of the real estate journey. Backed by Kyle's eight years of experience in home inspections, he brings a unique eye for detail to help buyers and sellers make informed and confident decisions.

The client was extremely happy with both the design and the final printed magnets. We think the finished piece perfectly balances professionalism, branding, and functionality.

Custom Hang Tags Designed & Printed for Aqualille

At The Rusty Pixel, we love helping brands create printed materials that make a lasting impression. Recently, we had the opportunity to design and print a set of custom hang tags for Aqualille, a luxury wallpaper company based in West Palm Beach, Florida. The final product turned out beautifully, and everyone involved absolutely loved the finished design.

These hang tags were completely custom-designed from the ground up and included unlimited design revisions to ensure every detail was exactly right. The tags were printed front and back with the same clean, elegant branding on both sides, creating a polished and consistent presentation.

While the overall design is simple and modern, it stands out through bold typography and strong contrast. The front of the tag features the Aqualille logo prominently displayed in white against a soft blue background, creating a refined and upscale appearance. Their website URL in a san-serif style font was also incorporated into the layout for a subtle but effective branding touch.

The finished tags measure 4 inches wide by 2 inches high and were printed on premium 14pt uncoated cardstock, giving them a smooth, high-end feel. Each tag also included a corner hole for string (or ribbon) attachment, making them perfect for product packaging and branding applications.

Founded in 2018, Aqualille specializes in exquisite hand-painted wallpaper designed for the modern home. Rooted in a passion for historical art forms and contemporary interiors, the company creates wallpaper collections that enrich spaces and elevate everyday living. Their products are crafted from the finest materials and are enjoyed by clients across the United States and around the world.

Projects like this are a great example of how thoughtful print design can enhance a brand’s identity and presentation. From concept to final print production, we enjoyed working with Aqualille to create a hang tag that reflects the elegance and quality of their products.

The Rusty Pixel Creates a Bold New Logo for Stef and the Show

The Rusty Pixel recently had the opportunity to create a brand-new custom logo for Stef and the Show, one of the Space Coast’s most popular and high-energy country bands. Based in the Brevard County area, Stef and the Show are well-known for delivering energetic performances featuring both nostalgic country favorites and modern country hits. The band already had a strong identity and vision, so the goal was to create a logo that captured their musical personality while remaining versatile enough for social media, merchandise, and branding.

The final result came out fantastic, and everyone involved is extremely happy with how it turned out.

This logo was 100% custom created and heavily inspired by the client’s original concept and ideas. The design centers around stylized script text with a lively, handwritten feel that gives the logo an organic and energetic appearance. The words “Stef” and “Show” are featured prominently in large lettering, while “and the” appears smaller to naturally guide the eye through the stacked composition.

One of the most unique elements of the design is the large stylized treble clef that cleverly forms the “S” in both “Stef” and “Show.” Musical bar lines running along the bottom of the logo further reinforce the musical theme without overwhelming the design. Another standout detail is the wing extending from the “w” in “show,” adding a sense of motion, personality, and stage energy.

The logo uses a dark and metallic blue gradient that gives it a polished and modern appearance. At the same time, the overall shape and strong silhouette mean the design would also work incredibly well in a single-color format for band merchandise, embroidery, decals, and promotional items.

Another major advantage of the design is its stacked layout and balanced proportions. The logo fits naturally into square and circular formats, making it ideal for social media profile photos across platforms while still remaining recognizable and readable.

Overall, this project was a great collaboration and a perfect example of turning a client’s vision into a polished professional brand identity. The Rusty Pixel is proud to have helped bring the visual identity of Stef and the Show to life.

What do you think of the new logo? Do you like how the musical elements are integrated into the design in subtle and creative ways?

The Rusty Pixel is excited to announce the launch of a brand new website for Southeast Petro, a company based in Cocoa, FL serving businesses throughout Brevard County FL and beyond. This new project was built using our semi-custom web package and combines modern design, functionality, and responsive performance to create a professional online presence that truly reflects the client’s brand.

One of the standout features of the new website is the use of video backgrounds throughout the site, including the homepage hero section. These motion elements help bring the site to life while creating a more immersive and modern browsing experience. The design itself uses a clean tan, yellow, black, and white color palette inspired directly by the Southeast Petro logo for strong brand consistency.

The website includes a simple yet professional header design featuring the company logo, navigation menu, and social media links. The footer is fully organized with company information, navigation links, client login access, main contact details, and social media icons. The entire site is mobile-friendly, fully responsive, secured with an SSL certificate, and powered by a WordPress CMS for easy future updates.

The homepage features a clear header with call-to-action buttons, logos of all the gas station brands they work with, business facts and useful information. The site also includes numerous informational pages covering their services, company background, testimonials, resources, and even listings for gas stations for sale.

As a trusted wholesale fuel distributor and business partner, Southeast Petro offers more than fuel supply. They provide financing solutions, expert training, remodel support, brand alignment, and operational guidance for fuel-retail businesses at every stage of growth.

The final result is a sleek, modern, and professional website — and most importantly, the client loved it. What do you think of our latest website creation? Do you like the video background design trend?

Logo Design for Seas the Day & Cruise

At The Rusty Pixel, we love helping businesses refresh their branding with modern, clean, and professional designs that better represent who they are today. One of our latest projects was a brand-new logo redesign for Seas the Day and Cruise, a cruise-focused website blog featuring cruise expert Tom Guiney.

The original logo was blurry and lacked the clarity needed for modern web use, so we completely recreated the design from scratch while keeping the spirit of the original concept intact. The updated logo features a clean seal-style circular design with a compass rose in the center, complete with the directional points N, S, E, and W. Surrounding the outer edge is the inspiring slogan, “Not all those who wander are lost,” displayed in an elegant serif-style font.

To modernize the overall appearance, we updated the colors and typography while adding aqua blue wave elements around the design to create a more coastal and travel-inspired feel. The color palette combines aqua blue-green tones, golden yellow accents, black details, and a white background for a fresh, nautical look. The thin-line styling also allows the logo to work beautifully as a silhouette.

Because the design is circular, it works perfectly as a social media profile image while remaining clean and recognizable across digital platforms. Since the client only needed the logo for website use, the final design was delivered in a raster format.

Seas the Day and Cruise and Tom Guiney provides expert cruise tips, insider information, and helpful travel advice to help travelers get the most out of their upcoming cruises. In addition to the logo, we also created their new website where users can purchase a digital cruising guidebook.

The client was extremely happy with the final result, and we’re proud of how the refreshed branding came together. What do you think of the clean, modern design?

New Websites Launched for Country Gardens I & II

The Rusty Pixel has recently launched two new websites for homeowners associations in Palm Bay, Florida — serving the communities of Country Gardens I and Country Gardens II. These projects were designed with both efficiency and usability in mind, delivering a polished digital presence while keeping costs under control.

Both websites were built using WordPress as part of a semi-custom website package. By utilizing the same core design for both communities, The Rusty Pixel helped the associations save money by avoiding the need to create two completely separate designs—without sacrificing quality or functionality. While each website utilizes the same design, each has it’s own unique but similar domain name for easy access.

Each site is fully mobile responsive, secured with an SSL certificate, and hosted on fast, reliable servers. A key feature is the password-protected resident portal, designed to comply with Florida’s updated HOA requirements (Florida House Bill 1203). This members-only area ensures residents have secure access to important documents and community information.

The design itself is clean, simple, and easy to navigate. The header prominently features the community’s logo—carefully restored from a photo of the neighborhood sign for a crisp, professional look. A large hero image on the homepage includes a clear call-to-action directing residents to the portal, while additional sections highlight community details, local information, and easy-access navigation buttons.

With a natural color palette of forest green, brown tones, and white, the sites reflect the character of the Country Gardens communities—condominium neighborhoods in Palm Bay, FL in the heart of Brevard County. The result is a user-friendly experience that helps residents quickly find exactly what they need.

Checkout both new websites and let us know what you think. Do you like the color scheme?

A Fresh Identity: New Logo Design for National Home Consulting

We’re excited to showcase one of our latest projects here at The Rusty Pixel—a brand-new logo design for National Home Consulting, LLC. This design is part of our clipart logo package, and it perfectly captures the company’s professionalism, precision, and modern approach to their industry.

At the center of the design is a piece of land surveying equipment mounted on a tripod, symbolizing accuracy and a strong foundation—key elements of National Home Consulting’s work. This focal point is framed by two stylized homes, complete with simple rooflines and windows, reinforcing the residential focus of their services. Subtle dots and connecting lines create an abstract grid in the background, adding a geometric, technical feel that ties everything together.

Typography plays a major role in the logo’s clean and professional look. The word “National” appears prominently in a serif-style font, with “Home Consulting, LLC” positioned neatly beneath it. Their slogan is placed below in a boxed layout using a contrasting sans-serif font, giving the overall design a balanced and modern aesthetic. The color palette—dark gray (nearly black) paired with a bright aqua—adds a sleek, contemporary edge while maintaining strong visibility. The logo also works exceptionally well as a silhouette and fits nicely into a near-square format, making it ideal for social media profiles.

Based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, National Home Consulting serves clients across multiple states including Florida, Indiana, Georgia, Ohio, Michigan, and Texas. Their experienced team understands regional codes and permitting processes, helping clients navigate projects from the ground up—starting with detailed feasibility studies and site plan reviews.

We’re thrilled with how this logo turned out, and more importantly, so is the client. Check out the design and let us know what you think!

Creating engaging video content is one of the most effective ways to showcase a product in action—and that’s exactly what The Rusty Pixel delivered in a recent project for Thurston Aeromarine Corp.

For this project, the client provided raw footage featuring the impressive Thurston TA16 Seafire seaplane during a live demonstration. The video captures the aircraft taxiing across the water, taking off, and cruising in flight—highlighting the unique capabilities of this innovative amphibious plane. From there, The Rusty Pixel stepped in to transform the raw clips into a polished, professional final product.

To enhance the viewing experience, the original audio was removed and replaced with high-quality royalty-free music, creating a more cinematic and engaging tone. The video was carefully edited down from a large volume of footage into a concise 2-minute and 32-second highlight reel, ensuring viewers stay engaged from start to finish. Additional production elements included a clean title animation of clouds at the beginning, a closing animation featuring the company’s logo, and a subtle watermark with a call-to-action encouraging viewers to visit their website.

Once completed, the video was uploaded to YouTube and seamlessly embedded onto the client’s website, helping boost both visibility and user engagement.

Based in Florida, Thurston Aeromarine Corp is an aircraft manufacturer focused on designing and producing modern amphibious aircraft. Their flagship TA16 Seafire combines cutting-edge engineering with versatility, making it ideal for both recreational and utility use on land and water.

This project is a great example of how strategic video editing can turn raw footage into a powerful marketing tool.
