As the U.S. ramps up orbital launch activity, the need for additional space launch sites has become more urgent, and Scott Altman has been out front as a thought leader on this issue.

Momentum is building across military and civilian missions, and the launch pads are getting more crowded. The White House set an ambitious goal of enabling more than 1,000 U.S. space launches per year by 2030, commercial launches are expanding, and the Space Force recently announced U.S. space weapons initiatives. ASRC Federal Executive Vice President for Strategic Engagement Scott Altman recognizes the need for action and has outlined strategies to expand U.S. launch capacity.
