Our North America offices recently hosted Bring Your Child to Work event across NYC, NJ, and Canada. For one special day, our workplaces were filled with kids' laughter, curiosity, and joy as we welcomed our little Coforgeians.
At our Princeton office, employees from both New Jersey and New York City came together with their children for a day full of discovery and fun. What made it especially memorable was how our leadership team and colleagues across the office engaged with the kids in a warm and approachable way. Through simple conversations and interactions, they gave children a glimpse into how corporate organizations work, making the experience both educational and enjoyable.
The day was thoughtfully designed for the little ones. Kids had their own mini carnival game zone, enjoyed singing songs, took part in drawing and puzzles, and were delighted by a live ice cream station. There was energy, laughter, and excitement throughout the day. The children also had the opportunity to tour the office, including a special visit to the CEOโs office, which was a big highlight. The experience was made even more special with surprise gifts for all the kids, leaving them with lasting memories of a truly engaging and joyful day.
In Canada, the day was packed with fun and enthusiasm. Children participated in lively games such as Musical Chairs, Throw the Ball, and Pick the Cups. One of the most heartwarming moments was watching them spend time drawing and decorating THANK YOU cards for their parents, a simple yet meaningful activity that captured the spirit of the day. Each child received a personalized gift, and winners of the activities were awarded special prizes.
The celebrations wrapped up with happy faces, shared laughter, and plenty of memorable photos, ending the day on a joyful and memorable note.
Events like these remind us that Coforge is more than just a workplace. It is a community that values families, connections, and moments that matter. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day so special for our little Coforgeians and their proud parents.
