In addition to the rebranding, the KIT solution was migrated to a new platform that has been developed to deliver a powerful set of modules and tools that make it easy for anyone to customize and manage their own intranet site. Multiple versions of the same policy document, all circulating at once. That was the reality for Giftcraft before they brought in a governed intranet. Their Senior HR Manager put it simply: different versions of the same document were in circulation at different times. It sounds like a small thing until someone acts on the wrong one. A single source of truth for company policies sounds obvious, but most franchise networks still don't have it.
