We regret to inform you that Tier Two Consulting, LLC will no longer be providing services effective immediately. Due to staff shortages, lack of incoming steady work, and loss of clients throughout the last 2 years; we have determined that we are no longer able to continue to profitably operate and are closing our doors. This includes all monthly maintenance and backup services. Client backup data (the last run) will be retained for 30-days and thereafter destroyed.

This is not a decision that was taken lightly. Several of us have left or lost our positions (or pay) and are no longer benefiting from our small, family run operation after 13 years. We are proud of the work we have done for over 300 local businesses and thousands of users we have assisted throughout the years. We are sad to end this chapter, but look forward to the new adventures ahead.

Please contact us before (next) Friday August 11 if you have questions, or need information with regards to administrative network access for your new team. Our team will only be available by email after that date, and we are not taking on any new projects or work during this time or moving forward.

Alec, however, is considering putting together an LLC to possibly service you moving forward and should have a decision by the end of this week as to how he will proceed. His skill level needs no introduction, but he’s basically awesome. Please contact us either way if you’d like any information!

If you’re looking for a loyal, competent and friendly Administrator for your team - you might consider Brandi (our Office Manager). She has worked with and provided administrative support services to our team for 8 years and we highly recommend her services and skill level if you’re looking for a qualified applicant!

We want to take a moment to remind everyone to be aware and cautious of pop-up and/or email scams relating to your PC/device being compromised (or identity theft). This is a SCAM! DO NOT click the links or call any phone number THEY provide. Never give a stranger access to your machine~ EVER! In the case you have done any of the things mentioned above, we advise you to contact your trusted IT consultant as soon as possible, or, give us a call to figure out how to move forward safely~ We're here when you need us, and happy to help!
