Today we’re celebrating 15 years of Bill Bassett at MeyerPro.

As our Director of Event Production, Bill oversees all of our technical departments, bringing together the people and systems behind our events. He has always been someone you can count on, and his dedication to MeyerPro has meant so much to our company.

But what we appreciate most is Bill himself. He’s loved by the people who work alongside him, and we’re lucky to have him on our team.

This month marks 10 years since Cody Maxwell joined MeyerPro.

Over the past decade, MeyerPro has grown a lot, and Cody has been fortunate enough to be part of that growth, watching the team go from about 10 employees to more than 50.

These days, he handles our marketing, from the website and advertising to the stories we share.

Ten years goes fast! Here’s to the next one.

We recently commissioned artist Garrick Arnold to create original pieces for our Portland & Kirkland offices.

He started with MeyerPro’s icon and color palette, then built something completely his own around ideas of connection, movement, data, and people.

We love how they turned out, and it was especially cool to see the story behind the pieces featured in the University Club’s Fall 2026 issue.

NBCUniversal contacted us to help bring their vision to life. We supplied a 1.5 mm LED wall, star drop drape, PA, and a team of professionals to help create a setting where the Seattle Seahawks could look back on their Super Bowl LX win and talk about what comes next this season.

Pickathon 2026 brought Steve Earle, Built to Spill, Shakey Graves, Marcos Valle and dozens of other artists together with an incredible mix of live music, light, sound and experimental art.

This year, MeyerPro worked with the Tiny Interactive Media Museum (TiMM) on the LED for its interactive installations throughout the festival. TiMM created the content and interactivity, with structures by Blackbird Public Arts and lighting by Indigo Design.

Thank you to TiMM for bringing us into the project and sharing the footage, and to Pickathon, Creative Neighborhoods, Planar and Green Century Electronics Recycling for helping make it happen.

Some events just feel bigger.

For CadenceLIVE, MeyerPro helped turn the room into a full visual experience, with LED and scenic video surrounding keynote speakers and the audience.

We love the part no one sees first. The planning, the details, the long days, and the careful rehearsals.

Then the show caller says, “doors open” and the room comes alive.
