Neck lift, rhinoplasty, buccal fat reduction. This was my absolute favourite result that I saw in clinic yesterday! It’s the best feeling when you walk into a room and your patient just looks different. I don’t mean physically. I mean the energy they exude. Their aura.
Their confidence. They look different, yet somehow the same. It’s palpable, but you can’t quite put your finger on it.
For this simply lovely woman, we refined the neck by reducing deep fat under the chin, and tightening her platysma. The chin fat pad and muscle was tightened.
The nose was reshaped to create an elegant, feminine profile. Slight reduction in the bridge, tip completely redesigned, elevated and shortened. The nostrils were made smaller and contoured. Finally, I reduced her buccal fat pads a tiny bit to create a bit of definition in the lower cheeks.
