Talk to a structural engineer. ๐ทโโ๏ธ
We know this sounds like obvious advice. But here's what we see:
Integrators design the curved LED wall, get excited about how it's going to look, then realize mid-build that the mounting substructure needs to be engineered to tight tolerances from day one. Not adapted after the fact.
A curved entrance display only looks seamless if the fabrication is dialed in upfront.
Retrofitting a design around structural constraints you didn't know about? That's rework. That's delays. That's budget creep.
We've worked with integrators who brought an engineer in before the design was finalized (best practice) and integrators who found out about load restrictions mid-install (expensive lesson).
The difference? One conversation with a structural engineer and the display designer talking together before any metal hits the ground.
That's partnership. That's how corporate installs go smooth.
If you've got a custom or curved corporate LED project in flight, let's talk through the structural side before you finalize the design. No charge to walk through it.
