Before a Montana customer calls you, they quietly check three things first. Here they are, in the order that matters.
First, your Google Business Profile. It is often the very first thing someone sees in local results, and they use it to read reviews, look at your photos, and confirm you are a real, current business before they ever reach your website. If you do not own and actively manage that listing yet, make it this week’s priority.
Second, your About page. People want to know who they are inviting into their home or trusting with a long project, and it is one of the most visited pages on almost any site, B2C or B2B. A thin or faceless one quietly costs you.
Third, your social media. Not the follower count. They are checking whether you post about your work, your team, and recent jobs, so they can see who you actually are. Quiet likes do not mean nobody is looking. Plenty of people check every profile and never tap a thing, which is exactly why keeping it current matters.
