This day is dedicated to honoring the unique, dual-life commitment of our Marine Reservists. These brave men and women balance civilian careers and family life with the rigorous demands of military readiness, always prepared to augment active-duty forces during national emergencies and contingency operations.

NTS proudly supports our armed forces and their families, recognizing the profound contributions and steadfast dedication of the United States Marine Corps Reserve over the past century.

We are proud to announce that NTS has officially joined the Mission to Hire: The Virginia 100 Veteran Hiring Pledge.

Over the next 100 days, this statewide campaign aims to unite 100 companies to hire at least one veteran, transitioning service member, or military spouse.

Last week, the Networking Technologies + Support (NTS) team was proud to attend the Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Fort Lee Resource Event and Career Fair!

This critical event helps bridge the gap between transitioning service members and the civilian workforce, providing veterans with direct access to career opportunities and support services.

As a V3 Certified Employer, our staff is always happy to connect with talented military professionals and spouses. We recognize the immense leadership, technical discipline, and problem-solving skills veterans bring to the IT sector, and we're committed to helping them transition into rewarding civilian careers with NTS.

NTS offices will be closed on Friday, July 3rd, 2026, in celebration of Independence Day on Saturday.

Our Network Operations Center (NOC) and Service Desk will be open as usual—24x7x365.

And our offices will return to normal operational hours on Monday, July 6th, 2026.

Today is National PTSD Awareness Day.

In 2010, the U.S. Senate officially designated June 27 as a national day of awareness to bring critical attention to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. While PTSD can affect anyone who has experienced trauma, it remains a significant and complex challenge for many of the brave men and women who have served in our military.

As a proud supporter of our armed forces, veterans, and their families, NTS is committed to helping reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, promoting open dialogue and ensuring our heroes know they are never alone in their journey.

Today is Coast Guard Auxiliary Day!

On June 23, 1939, Congress officially authorized a unique volunteer force to protect and serve America’s navigable waters. For nearly 90 years, this dedicated group of over 20,000 civilian volunteers has worked tirelessly alongside the U.S. Coast Guard—conducting vital search and rescue missions, environmental disaster responses and vessel safety checks to keep our communities safe.

NTS stands firmly behind our armed forces, active duty components and the military families who sacrifice so much for our collective security.

The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary celebrates its birthday each year on June 23rd. The USCG Auxiliary is comprised of non-military and unpaid civilian volunteers.
