Our Professional Sales Apprenticeship program is moving through registration and implementation.
The program is being finalized in our first state, with registration discussions underway for our second. State names will be announced after official registration is complete.
TAVS USA is establishing the program in five states by Q1 2027.
Participants will receive:
A paid professional sales position
Professional development
Structured on-the-job training and mentorship
College-level coursework
Documented work-based learning
A direct pathway into professional sales
Eligibility will include completion of TAVS USA’s Sales Verification Certification program or at least one semester in a Professional Sales accredited degree pathway.
This program connects paid employment, education, and practical training to create a stronger pathway into professional sales

After completing the Sales Verification Certification Program with TAVS USA, Robert was hired by Comcast Business. TAVS USA’s Professional Sales Degree is built to help you weather the economic storm while future proofing your skills and expanding your range of opportunities.
You will complete internships and continuing education. Graduates also get assistance to find conventional employment and to secure paid apprenticeships, so you are not left figuring it out alone.
Choose a 2-year pathway with one full-time semester, or a 4 year pathway with three back-to-back semesters over a 12-month period, followed by a paid sales apprenticeship or conventional employment, both options include ongoing education, development, and support.
For veterans with GI Bill benefits, you may be able to leverage benefits for up to one year to build education and experience while you steady your future.

He also leads PCSgrades, an advertisement-free and subscription-free community platform created by and for service members and their spouses to support informed relocation decisions through authentic peer reviews and no endorsements.
Todd brings extensive experience advocating for military families, including leadership roles on behalf of surviving Guard and Reserve families to secure equal benefits for equal sacrifice. His efforts helped drive key policy change that became Public Law signed on December 23, 2016 as part of the Fiscal Year 2017 National Defense Authorization Act. He also contributed through public education tied to Defense Finance and Accounting Service survivor benefits correspondence.

TAVS USA and SUNY Empire have partnered to launch a Professional Sales Degree Program for veterans, those transitioning out of the military, former first responders, and their family members who are interested in entering professional sales.
The program concept reduces the amount of full-time study needed. Participants then use continuing education and ongoing professional development while working in their profession, allowing them to earn an accredited Associate or Bachelor degree with less time in full-time coursework. The Associate path requires one full-time semester, followed by a paid apprenticeship. The Bachelor path requires three full-time semesters, followed by a paid apprenticeship. Participants can complete their degrees in the same overall time frame as traditional programs, including 2 years for an Associate and 4 years for a Bachelor, while reducing the amount of required full-time study by 63% to 75%.
By leveraging employer benefits, participants can also reduce overall educational costs by 60% to 75%. Graduates finish positioned for their first promotion, not just an entry-level job.
For those unsure about the level of commitment, TAVS USA is also relaunching its initial cornerstone program, the Sales Verification Certification, a free 6-to-12 week self-paced virtual program designed to provide an alternative equivalent to 12 months of sales experience.

USA is proud to announce that Michael Thompson has joined the team and will serve as Senior Producer. In this role, Michael will head the development of original content drawn from the experiences of .ig USA candidates from the military and first responder communities. For those who made the ultimate sacrifice, their stories will be told by family members and by those who served with them.
Michael currently is Co/Owner-Founder of The Riff Factory as a Producer, Record/Mix Engineer, and Musician-Offering music for TV/Film and gaming. His extensive experience in audio, production, and logistics spans acts such as Travis Scott, Zakk Wylde, Jerry Cantrell, Five Finger Death Punch, Poison, and The Smashing Pumpkins, to name a few.
Starting his career at The Hit Factory NYC, Michael had the unique opportunity to work with recording legends such as Nile Rodgers, David Bowie, Eric Clapton, Joan Jett, and Cyndi Lauper, among others.
Michael’s technical experience and industry knowledge enable TAVS USA to build a foundation for veterans and first responders to share their stories while opening doors to further development opportunities for them.
