Here’s how I would start a peptide clinic in 2026.
And the first thing I would not buy is peptides.
Before launching, I would make sure the business foundation is handled:
The LLC.
Medical oversight.
A pharmacy relationship.
Telehealth systems.
And a payment gateway that will actually approve the business model.
Then I would keep the marketing surprisingly simple.
Number one: one strong webpage.
Not a massive website.
Even with an extensive treatment menu, most patients need one page that explains who you help, how the evaluation works, why they should trust the medical team, and how to get started.
Number two: a credible Google Business Profile supported by real patient reviews.
For a telehealth-first clinic, patients may never visit the location.
But after seeing your ad, they will still Google the clinic.
They are looking for proof that the business is legitimate and that real patients trust it.
Number three: a few strong videos.
Not 100 pieces of content.
Record several videos that introduce the clinic, address the problems your ideal patients care about, and explain the next step.
Then run those videos as Meta ads.
For many new peptide clinics, that can be enough for the first 12 months.
One webpage.
Real reviews.
A few strong ads.
And if a respected doctor, athlete, coach, trainer, or industry personality is behind the brand, even better.
Their credibility gives the clinic a head start.
I put the entire process into the Peptide Clinic Launch Playbook, including the LLC, pharmacy relationship, payment gateway, telehealth setup, website, reviews, and first ad campaign.
Comment “PEPTIDE” and I’ll send it to you.
