POV: you don’t know how to code,
but your AI squirrel is already running around in-game.

Steps:
Create a Luma animated the character.
Luma Agent turned it into a Lottie file.
Claude connected everything together.

Honestly kinda wild this works. Comment “Luma” if you want the full setup.

From concept to playable character, we turned our generated frog into a fully animatable game asset. This establishes our entire character art pipeline from start to finish.

Frog Game devlog update 🐸

This session was all about building the foundation:
* Design doc planning
* We set up classes for our characters and interactable trees.
* Tuned the mouse-click motion of the character using the movement component
* Modeled some basic grey box axe and trees
* Got a mock-inventory set up
* Added the full tree interaction loop

Next up:
→ Frog character model + animations
→ Workbench + crafting system

I made a game with hand tracking directly in your browser. Pinch to jump. Open your other hand to change the season. Episode 1 of a mini-series on how I did it with and Cursor. If I can do this, so can you. 🐿️🎮

Comment “luma” and I’ll send you the link.

Devlog 1 - With some game dev experience and a love for frogs I decided the best move would be to try to use LUMA to make a game in Unreal.

This series is meant to only be a documentation of the process; and is not meant to indicate a final deliverable at any point.

WITNESS is a fictional filmography. 28 films. Keith Paciello used his own face as the identity anchor, moving through decades, genres, and emotional registers.

The project grew out of “Last Day,” a horror piece built around fear, horror and a physical transformation.

Witness a body of work that never existed. One identity that makes it feel real.

Made with Luma by Keith Paciello.
