Mobile gaming is massive, yet billions of players are still on the sidelines. There are 5 billion mobile users who spend more than half of their screen time on social and video apps, but only 30% of them are playing games. Why? A big reason is that mobile games are the only major entertainment category still stuck in app stores. To play a game, players have to leave their friends behind, click through a bunch of crap, and wait for a download. Most people have already switched back to scrolling TikTok or Instagram before the download is even finished. The game ends up sitting on the fifth page of their homescreen, never to be seen again. Enter Artie. Social-native gaming, with nothing to download. We're bringing games to billions of potential players by going where they spend the majority of their time: social media and video apps like Facebook and Instagram. And these aren’t your basic instant games of the past. These are app-quality games with awesome graphics that you can play with all your friends. We know it sounds pretty wild, but we think it's the future of mobile gaming and it's going to be fun af.
