Why can a wrong AI answer sound as calm as a correct one? Fluent wording and factual accuracy are different properties.

Research on language model calibration has found that a model’s expressed confidence can be poorly aligned with whether its answer is correct.

So I split the job:
- use the draft for wording, structure and options
- verify dates, prices, names and numbers in the record that owns them

The voice can help you read the answer but it cannot certify the facts.

Before an AI handover ends, make one ordinary change yourself: change the format of the weekly report, run a test or find the instruction you would edit next time.

If you need the person who built it to do that for you, ask them to teach you that step before they leave.“Learn enough to stay in charge” includes being able to change your mind after the consultant has gone home.
