It’s over, WTF. Been a fan of Marc Maron long before I became his tech guy. He’s as real off-mic as he is on it — sharp, funny, and human. I can really relate to him, so getting to work with him was a privilege.

Thanks, Marc, for your trust, and for all the times you sent people my way. You’ve been solid.

I recently completed the latest certification course from Apple for iPhone, iPad and Mac. It’s a rigorous course of study and practice, followed by an exam. I’ve been doing this regularly since 2002 because it’s absolutely necessary to truly master the technology. Back then, it was an onsite course, though now it’s online.

The Apple Certified Support Professional badge recognizes knowledge of the tools, services, and best practices—including underlying technologies, troubleshooting, and system administration—for those who support Mac, iPhone and iPad users and provide technical support for Apple products.

You’ll see this badge on my website and on my Apple Consultants Network profile. I’m proud to share it!
