Trynovation is looking for a proactive and experienced Finance & Operations Manager to join our team in the serene and emerging tech hub of Hingurakgoda, Polonnaruwa! This is a unique opportunity to build our finance function from the ground up and play a pivotal role in our international expansion.

What you’ll be doing:
* 🏗️ Building Systems: Designing and implementing scalable financial workflows and controls from scratch.
* 🔄 Full-Cycle Finance: Managing everything from day-to-day bookkeeping to preparing monthly financial statements.
* 💰 Strategic Cash Management: Owning the budget, forecasting cash flow, and optimizing working capital for growth.
* ✅ Compliance & Operations: Handling local statutory compliance (EPF/ETF), processing payroll, and managing essential office operations.
Who we are looking for:
* An independent self-starter with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on, full-cycle finance experience.
* Strong understanding of local compliance and proficiency in cloud accounting software like Xero or QuickBooks.
* A professional qualification (CA/CIMA/ACCA) and experience in an IT/service startup are a huge plus!
