We built more than connections at .

Our Exchange attendees named and customized 250 stuffed bears, all of which were donated to Sunrise Children’s Hospital in Las Vegas.

It was an activity with a meaningful purpose, and a reminder of the impact we can create when our community comes together.

To everyone who gave a bear a name, a personality, and a little extra care, thank you for helping make this one of the most meaningful moments of Exchange.

We are excited to kickoff and we welcome you to join us in the month-long celebration.

Starting today and going through October 15, we're honoring the histories, cultures, and contributions of Hispanic, Latino, and Lusophone communities around the world.

Our Fuerza Latina Employee Resource Group (ERG) will bring Hispanic Heritage Month to life through this year's theme, Unidos, Somos Más ("Together, We Are More"), by sharing stories, resources, and cultural highlights through multiple employee activities.

We are looking forward the September 17th Hispanic Heritage Month webinar where attendees will hear leaders explore the contributions and influence of Hispanic and Latino professionals across industries, celebrate cultural identity, and share practical strategies to foster inclusion year-round.

Each year, Vertex comes together as a global team to give back to our communities, in our week of service event.

was in full force as 380+ employees volunteered across 8 countries and 4 continents, increasing our range by 12 cities and one country compared to last year.

We worked with 50 different organizations and our employees volunteered for over 750 total hours with the purpose of giving back globally while connecting positivity locally.

While we can't do this alone, we want to thank all of our business leaders, employees and partnering organizations for the support, time and dedication necessary to not only give back in such a large way, but for the continued passion to make a positive difference in our global communities.

Yesterday, in honor of Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, our Lotus employee resource group brought colleagues together for a meaningful afternoon of connection, culture, and conversation.

We were honored to host a fireside chat with CEO and Co-Founder of Kintsugi, Pujun Bhatnagar, who explored the experiences shaping leaders today and the role connection plays in driving progress.

The discussion touched on the importance of embracing unique career paths, the impact of collaboration in fueling innovation, and the value of creating space for diverse perspectives to be heard.

From personal stories to thoughtful dialogue on leadership and AI, the session offered a powerful reminder that progress is built through connection, understanding, and showing up for one another.
