🎓 Celebrating Our Summer Social Media Intern, Aivry Knutsen! 🎉

As we continue celebrating the completion of our summer internship program, we’re excited to recognize Aivry Knusten and the creativity, enthusiasm, and fresh perspective she brought to AccessIT Group this summer!

During her time as our Social Media Intern, Aivry had the opportunity to put her marketing skills into action: creating content, contributing new ideas, strengthening her understanding of brand communication, and getting a firsthand look at marketing within the cybersecurity industry.

Reflecting on her experience, Aivry shared:

“I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be a Social Media Intern for AccessIT Group. My experience here has been extremely informative and influential to my future in marketing. Over the past couple of months, I have strengthened my communication and content creation skills while developing a deeper understanding of social media marketing and brand communication. One of the highlights of my internship was being able to contribute ideas and create content for AccessIT Group’s social media platforms while learning more about the cybersecurity industry.

This experience has not only helped me grow professionally but has also given me a better understanding of the type of work I want to pursue in my future career. 🎓 Celebrating Our Summer Intern, Reese McKee! 🎉

With our Marketing Summer Internship Program now complete, we wanted to give a special thank you to Reese McKee for all of her hard work and contributions to AccessIT Group!

At AITG, we believe in building strong foundations, and this summer, Reese had the opportunity to explore the world of cybersecurity through a marketing lens, gain hands-on industry experience, and learn alongside our team.

Reflecting on her internship, Reese shared:

“One of the highlights of my internship was getting hands-on exposure to the different aspects of cybersecurity and seeing how the concepts I’ve learned can be applied in a real-world environment. I especially appreciated being able to learn from the people around me, ask questions, and gain insight from professionals who have experience working in the industry.

Overall, my experience with AccessIT Group has been incredibly positive. Everyone was welcoming and supportive, and I felt like I was given the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. This internship gave me a much better idea of what I want my future in cybersecurity to look like and gave me valuable experience that I can carry with me as I continue my education and career.

Yesterday, AccessIT Group team took cybersecurity out of the conference room and onto the Boston Harbor for our annual cruise! It was an incredible community of security leaders, partners, and innovators who enjoyed an evening of connection, conversation, and forward thinking.

A major highlight was our keynote from Katie Moussouris, who explored how AI security tools, governance strategies, and operational practices can help organizations confidently and securely scale forward in an evolving threat landscape.
