I stopped by Fry Krisp Foodservice today to drop off some chocolates and thank them for being a valued Printer Source Plus customer.

While I was there, I spotted their Epson ColorWorks label printer and had to ask for a picture. Being newer to PSP, I hadn’t had the opportunity to see one of these out in the field yet, and they were gracious enough to humor me. 😂

One thing I’m learning quickly is just how much specialized technology our team supports. Printer Source Plus is one of only three dealers nationwide that services Epson ColorWorks printers, which is something our team is pretty proud of.

And if you look closely at the Epson desktop printer on the right... you’ll spot a little Printer Source Plus sticker on that one too. 👀💚

Pretty cool seeing our equipment throughout a great local operation like Fry Krisp.

Thank you to the Fry Krisp team for the hospitality, the picture, and most importantly, for continuing to trust PSP.

I’m still learning something new every day, and getting out to see our customers and their operations firsthand has been one of my favorite parts.

And yes, the little truck on top of the ColorWorks printer definitely makes the picture. 🚚😂

This is how local businesses should work.

This week we had the opportunity to help our friends at the Lost Railway Museum with a new Epson printer.

But the best part of this story is how it started.

It came from a referral from our friends at Willis Information Technologies.

They saw a need, thought of Printer Source Plus, and trusted us enough to make the introduction.

That means a lot.❤️

We're working hard to grow PSP, but we want to grow the right way... by taking care of people, building relationships, supporting other local organizations, and hopefully earning the kind of trust that makes someone comfortable putting our name forward.

That’s something our team is incredibly proud of.

Epson ColorWorks printers are a completely different animal from your typical office printer. They’re purpose-built color label printers used by businesses that depend on producing professional, on-demand labels for things like manufacturing, food and beverage, healthcare, warehousing, packaging, shipping, and more.

And when one of those printers goes down, it can affect a lot more than somebody’s ability to print a document. It can impact production.

That’s where the PSP team comes in. 🛠️

As an authorized Epson ColorWorks service center, our technicians are trained to service:

✅ Epson ColorWorks CW-C4000
✅ Epson ColorWorks CW-C6000A
✅ Epson ColorWorks CW-C6000P

✅ Epson ColorWorks CW-C6500P

The C4000 is a compact color label solution, while the C6000 and C6500 series are designed for more demanding commercial and industrial labeling environments, including different label widths and workflows. The "A" models feature an auto-cutter, while the "P" models feature a peel-and-present capability for applications where labels are applied individually.

But here’s the part we really want businesses to know:

You don’t have to be located in Jackson, Michigan to work with us.

Being one of only three ColorWorks service centers nationally gives our team an opportunity to support Epson ColorWorks customers well beyond our normal Michigan footprint.

Great food, great people, and somehow we even managed to get a little work done! 😂

Always a good time catching up with our good friend Pat O'Dowd from the Home Builders Association of Jackson, Hillsdale & Lenawee at one of our favorite lunch spots, SOAR Café & Farms.

There’s something pretty cool about sitting around a table with people who care about the same thing: supporting local businesses, building relationships, and making our community stronger. That’s what Jackson is all about. ❤️

And a HUGE shoutout to Rachel for taking such great care of us! Fantastic service, delicious lunch, plenty of laughs, and maybe just enough business talk to officially call this a “meeting.” 😂
