We're excited to share that DonorSearch by EverTrue has joined the Slate Preferred Partner Program!

Advancement teams shouldn't have to spend time moving data between systems to access the insights they need.

Through this collaboration, we're making it easier for institutions to bring DonorSearch wealth, philanthropic, and engagement intelligence directly into Slate, helping teams reduce manual effort, work more efficiently, and focus on what matters most: building meaningful donor relationships.

What happens when stewardship becomes the centerpiece of engagement, not just a step along the way?

At SAIT, that question led to Thank-YOU-ary, a month-long stewardship campaign built entirely around appreciation, storytelling, and donor impact.

Using ThankView by EverTrue, the team delivered personalized videos, campus-wide thank-you moments, and student-led storytelling that made gratitude visible across the institution.

The result: video completion rates as high as 98 percent. Across an entire institution. That's what stewardship looks like when donors feel known and personalization can scale.

Not every donor engages the same way. Every donor deserves to feel understood.

That belief sits at the center of stronger fundraising.

On the latest RAISE Podcast, Betsy Chapin Taylor, CEO of Accordant, joins Brent Grinna to discuss why donor experience, stewardship, and relationship building remain some of the most important drivers of fundraising success.

Drawing on decades of experience in healthcare philanthropy, Betsy shares practical insights on everything from principal gifts and board engagement to building stronger donor relationships.

Lasting impact starts with understanding what matters to donors and turning those insights into stronger relationships.

How do you maintain meaningful donor engagement as portfolios grow and fundraising programs become more complex?

At the US Naval Academy Alumni Association and Foundation, that challenge led the team to focus on something simple: consistent, relationship-driven outreach.

Using Signal by EverTrue to manage portfolios of approximately 250 donors each while raising around $1 million per officer in their first year, not through a single campaign or one transformational gift, but through structured outreach, disciplined follow-up, and greater visibility into donor engagement across portfolios.

That approach helped drive the Foundation's first-ever $100 million fundraising year, supported by two eight-figure gifts and a $15 million gift built through long-term stewardship.

The opportunity was always there. Signal helped them act on it.

Growing a year-end campaign from $1.2 million to $3.2 million doesn't happen by accident.

The best fundraising opportunities don't always announce themselves. The teams seeing the strongest results are the ones equipped to recognize them and act on them with intention.

At Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation, that meant combining predictive modeling, DonorSearch AI by EverTrue, and HIPAA-compliant patient signals to create more timely, informed donor engagement.

That approach led to a year-end campaign that grew from $1.2 million to $3.2 million, a 407% increase in Doctor's Day giving, and stronger visibility into future fundraising opportunities.

Because insight alone doesn't move fundraising forward.

What matters is how you use it to identify opportunities, engage the right donors, and build stronger relationships over time.

What happens after a 50% increase in fundraising meetings?

Last year, the US Naval Academy Alumni Association and Foundation shared how a metrics-driven approach, portfolio restructuring, and cadence-based outreach helped drive major momentum across their fundraising program.

But growth creates a new challenge.

As the team expanded, the focus shifted from increasing activity to maintaining consistency across portfolios, fundraisers, and donor relationships.

In this webinar, AJ Bauer, Associate Vice President of Development at USNAF, joins Madeline Turner, CMO at EverTrue, for a candid conversation on what scaling fundraising actually looks like in practice.

Youโ€™ll hear how the team is thinking about portfolio health, manager coaching, and using donor intelligence to support more consistent, intentional engagement.

The real challenge after early success isnโ€™t activity. Itโ€™s consistency.

What happens when you stop segmenting donors based on assumptions and start understanding what their behavior is actually telling you?

At the Musical Instrument Museum, that question led to a completely different approach to their year-end appeal.

By combining four years of giving data with predictive modeling, the team uncovered new opportunities within their donor base, expanded beyond traditional segmentation, and built a strategy grounded in real donor behavior.

The result? A 94% increase in revenue, 59% more gifts, and an 18% increase in average gift size.

Because the best fundraising strategies don't start with a campaign.

They start with understanding your donors more deeply, then using those insights to create more meaningful engagement and stronger results.

What happens when you have a massive alumni network you want to reach more personally? ๐Ÿค”

At the University of Arkansas, that question wasn't theoretical. It was the challenge.

For most teams, it means a portfolio so large it's hard to know where to start and donors on the other end who can tell when outreach could have gone to anyone.

So they shifted the approach.

Signal by EverTrue and our Donor Experience Officer (DXO) program helped the team focus on more personalized outreach and relationship-driven engagement across its alumni community.

The impact was immediate. Previously unresponsive donors reengaged, a $500,000 planned gift opportunity surfaced, and alumni began reconnecting in a more meaningful way.

Because when you know who to focus on, engagement stops being guesswork and starts building relationships.
