UPDATE: The repair is complete.

We have an outage due to a gunshot over the weekend affecting about 200 customers along Hwy 18E between Bethlehem Church Rd. and Gordon. Our personnel are on site working as quickly as possible to repair the section of damaged fiber. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Update: we have determined the damage to be caused by a gunshot. Our crews are currently replacing and splicing the damaged section of fiber. We expect repairs to take another couple of hours.
