🚨 Vending Tip of the Day 🚨

Older vending machines can be incredibly reliable… if you know how to work on them.

In this video, Sean walks through one of the most common beverage machines you’ll find in the field and covers several settings and adjustments that every operator should know.

Whether you’re troubleshooting a problem, setting up a newly purchased machine, or just trying to better understand how these work, this is one you’ll want to save for later.

Knowledge like this can save you hours of frustration and unnecessary service calls.

What machine should we break down next? Let us know in the comments! 👇

🚨 Vending Tip of the Day 🚨

Coffee isn’t just coffee when it comes to vending.

Over the years, we’ve tested different brands, flavors, and locations to see what actually sells—and the results have been pretty interesting.

In today’s tip, we’re breaking down:
☕ Which ready-to-drink coffees consistently perform
☕ How we rotate seasonal flavors
☕ Why certain locations prefer different products
☕ The biggest mistake operators make when stocking coffee

One of the best things you can do is listen to your customers. The products that perform best at one location may completely flop at another.

Watch the full video to see what’s working for us and how you can use those insights in your own machines.

🚨 Vending Tip of the Day 🚨

Think all Red Bulls sell the same?

Think again.

We’ve tested just about every flavor, and some consistently outperform others while a few barely move at all. In today’s tip, we’re breaking down which Red Bull flavors have been winners for us and how that can help you maximize sales in your own machines.

Sometimes a small product change can make a surprisingly big difference.

Have you noticed certain flavors selling better than others? Let us know below! 👇

What does servicing a vending machine actually look like?

We get asked this all the time.
So instead of giving a quick answer, Sean walks you through our actual servicing process—from clearing machine errors, properly stocking product, merchandising, checking the coin mech, collecting cash, testing payments, and making sure everything is working before leaving the account.

It’s not glamorous, but this is the kind of consistency that keeps locations happy and machines profitable.

The little things matter.

One of the biggest mistakes newer operators make is replacing parts before troubleshooting.

Most MEI coin mech errors have a logical process to diagnose.

A few minutes of testing can save you from buying parts you didn’t need.

How we move smart coolers at Twelve28 Vend… 😂

Your fav vending crew has:

🚜 The one who thinks the pallet jack is the greatest invention ever.

🍦 The one enjoying his ice cream like productivity is optional.

📱 And the “OG” supervising everything from the couch. 😂

Don’t worry… everybody caught a little friendly roasting.

We’re serious about our customers, but never take ourselves too seriously. That’s just life at Twelve28 Vend! Happy Friday folks!
