4. Fewer than 30% say they'll definitely switch, but the door is still open.

In the mid 90's, the Navy's aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson had no concept of internet, and definitely no email.

One observant officer noticed an unused satellite channel, set up Microsoft Mail, and gave 3,500 sailors mailboxes. As a result, Emergency Red Cross messages dropped 80% over the deployment, simply because families could stay in touch.

That officer is now Corsica's John Joyner, a 20-year Microsoft MVP. He stopped by Unraveling IT to chat with Garrett about his journey, and later connects that story to an important question today: how do you roll out AI, including agents, without losing control?
