We came to SOF Week 2026, and we left stoked about what's next...

Our booth was packed all week with the kind of conversations that matter, real operators, real problems and fostering relationships. We connected with new partners, reconnected with familiar faces, and showed the special operations community what Beast Code brings to the fight.

A massive shout-out to the team that made it possible. Product, Design, and everyone who rebuilt our booth presence from the ground up you set us up to make an impact, and we felt it on the floor every single day.

"One person doesn't control your career trajectory and your daily work. That consolidation of power can produce compliance, not contribution."

That line from our COO Richard Zimmermann has been sitting with me since he published "Built to Empower" earlier this month.

It's a window into why Beast Code is structured the way it is. A matrix that separates career authority (our GMs) from delivery authority (our PMs). Not because matrix orgs are fashionable, but because the alternative quietly trades honest work for compliance.

Worth a read if you think about org design, leadership, or what it actually takes to give people room to do their best work.

Memorial Day is so much more than a long weekend.

It is a moment to remember those who never came home and to the families that carry that loss every day. We are eternally grateful.
